Comprehensive

We will handle your entire IT infrastructure. We act as your IT department. We work with you to ensure all your needs are met. If you want to implement something into your organization, we work with you in testing its implementation and handle the rollout.This options is the best for companies with a set budget that shouldn’t change with a visit from us. If there is an issue that requires a tech, we dispatch one.

Hybrid

We handle only a few tasks, that you or your internal IT department don’t have time to manage.  If there is an issue we let you know, and work with you to best resolve it. Techs can be dispatched, but it’s not included in the price.

Monitoring Only

We keep an eye on your endpoints. From any strange hardware usage to malware detections and removal. This is good for small business to save money and still know they are safe, to large businesses that deal with lots of users and don’t have time to monitorer each endpoint. If there is an issue, we let you know.
